Murdock Kennels makes every effort to provide you with a healthy,
happy, well socialized pet. This pet is up to date on all vaccinations
and deworming at the time of delivery. Any non-life threatening
defects such as hernias, knee problems, underbite, overbites, or
other health issues that seller is aware of will be disclosed to the
purchaser and accepted proir to delivery. If purchaser declines
acceptance of the pet, a full refund or another pet will be given at
the purchaser's choice.
 
  Purchaser agrees to have the pet examined and set up future
vaccination and deworming schedules by a licensed veternarian
within 5 days after delivery. Failure to do so, voids this contract.
If  any life threatening congenital/genetic or other such defects are
found, it is the purchaser's responsibility to return the pet with all
registration and medical records to the seller. In the event of death
of the pet within the first 10 days of purchase, purchaser is required
to have a neocropsy done. A copy of the veternarian's finding is
required to be included before a refund will be given. Refunds will
include full cost of the pet and in special cases may include an
additional amount to help cover the veternarian bill but is limited to
1/2 the cost of the pet. *NOTE* Euthanization without the consent
of the seller will void this contract.

  Health conditions not covered by this contract are but not limited
to: ear or skin mites, skin conditions or allergies, worms or
parasites, respiratory infections, bacterial infections, hypoglycemia,
cherry eye, undesended testicles, hernias, knee problems, eye
problems or other defects which develope after delivery. These are
considered non life threatening and therefore treatable. This pet is
sold as pet quality only and there are no guarantees as to the
future size, color, or breeding ability.

  Under no circumstances is this pet to be taken to an animal shelter
where pets are euthanized. If the purchaser is unwilling or unable to
take care of this pet, the purchaser is required to send it back to the
seller for placement in a new home. All efforts will be made to resell
the pet in order to refund part or all of the original purchase price,
but no guarantees are made for refunds under these circumstances.
